Streamlined Supply and Showrooms
As we are supplied directly from U.K. manufacturers and suppliers for the awnings and verandas we offer, we have cut out any cost of shipping and storage. As the products are already made, we have no need for a staffed factory to make them. Also, our veranda manufacturer has a beautiful showroom they have given us permission to show our customers around if required; we’ve no need to stock and run a showroom.
Personalised Service and Affordability
You will only deal directly with the owner of The Awning and Veranda Company, so we will know your project and you personally. This means no salespersons or surveyors are needed, so no commission for their services is added to any costs. All the above is where we are endeavouring to make your ideal outside area a reality at an affordable price.

The awning or veranda you wish to be quoted on.
This would be the width and projection. Do not worry too much about being spot on, we will check and run through all measurements with you on the site visit.
This is so we can price for the cost of fuel to site or on bigger jobs that are far away from home, overnight accommodation. We cost all our products the same no matter the size of your house or area you live in.
A photo or description of the area we will be fitting the product too. For example, if the fitting area is on a doubled skinned two-story building, with no pipes in the way, the product should be able to go straight onto the wall. If the property is abungalow, then steel brackets will need to be costed into the price. A photo ofthe area is usually the best option.
